Low Back/Neck Injury - Lanier Chiro


Recommendations for Home Care,
FOR A LOW BACK OR NECK INJURY:
  • Avoid sitting on a soft couch or recliner.  Sitting on hard, firm seats are best
  • Sleep with a pillow or blanket between or under your knees and only ONE pillow under your head.
  • If you must sleep on your side, roll your arm/shoulder back, keep an arch in your low back, and keep your chin up (not tucked in.)
